Hey Makro, it's my money and I want it back!
After a month and a half of frustrated communication, Makro decided to refund me my online purchase. But they short refunded me with R2162.01. As soon as I received the credit note I notified the store and was informed by the person who processed the credit, that she was aware of her error and will correct. She was clearly just placating me and never intended to correct her mistake. Completely *************!
