Helpful security guard

A security guard at the Nelspruit Makro alerted me that I has been mistakenly charged for an item twice. She informed the supervisor who quickly apologised and refunded me my money. Its a drive for me to get to Makro but I am always willing to shop there because of the exceptional customer experience there.

This is definitely not the first incident whereby I received good customer service.
