Help with a refund

I’ve tried to contact the store. I’ve just arrived at home and realised my potatoes were not packed… there was a gentleman helping with packing and I’ve tried to contact the store. I do have an online profile I’ll happily accept a voucher for the value please find slip attached so all relevant info, time till number etc. I feel it may have been a genuine mistake by the guy packing. Please assist.
