Hello Peter, I bought 2x brown oval table from Makro online on the 25th of August 2024 and received delivery on the 30th of August however upon delivery , the purchase did not meet my expectations . Firstly they delivered a black and white table and I had special ordered brown tables . And the quality was not satisfactory. I then logged return the same day I received it . On the 2nd of September in the morning I called the Makro to inform them that I want refund . The tables were collected from me on the 3rd of September and I was informed refund will take 7-14 days to be processed. Peter has been over 14 days waiting for my refund and everytime I call , I’m told the same story “ Mam your refund is processed, it should reflect in your account soon” .
