Heartbroken

Disappointed and heartbroken customer...I bought a Sinotec TV Plasma 55 inch smart 2018 at makro silverlakes on which it has 5 year guarantee the TV just went blank October 2021 I went to the store n reported the matter they promised to come fetch it but I had to call them the whole month finally November they came I've been trying to call asking on when will I receive my TV the only answer that I get from them is that I should call sinotec and ask them myself well I called Sinotec they always hang up my call this is so painful because I bought my TV at makro suddenly I should contact Sinotec myself I'm paying my DSTV every month without watching it because I'm still waiting for my TV with no assistance this festives my grand kids will be visiting I've got no TV this is heartbreaking.
