Heartbroken 12year old boy thad did not get his bicycle

On the 26/11/2021 I ordered on line a bike for my son. Order no mak***. Wumdrop let me know more than a week later that my parcel is picked upp and on its way but at the same time makro let me know there has been a problem. So it went on for a week. The 6/12/2021 i got an email stating that the parcel was on its way, but nothing was delivered. Wumbrop people teied their best to collect and sort out the problem but no luck. At last i got hold of a lovely lady on one of the meny numbers i phoned. Apparently the drop address and pick up adress was swopped around and nobody can fix it. It has been escalated and marked ar urgent laast week thursday. I am still waiting. It was my sons 12the birthday yesterday. The disappointment was heart wrenching. I an beyond angry. I wich I did not need to give them a star at all, because they did not deserve even one.
