Heartbreaking services..horrible

This is about Makro Silver Lakes and their courier company. I made an online purchase on the 29th September. The order came, but with lots of missing items. I have been calling them since, and each day they promise to have the remaining order delivered. I'm tired. Please came fetch the rest of the items, I'm returning everything. You have no service non at all.
