Heart broken customer

I ordered online from Makro and they only delivered one part of the ordeer. I waited and waited for the rest of the order with no luck. No tracking information on their app. Poor communication from their staff. They would not give me a refund after they exceeded the number of days in which they could deliver the package. My birthday was ruined. I am never shopping from Makro ever again. Disappointed.
