Health Risk due to the sale of rotting meat

It's with great disappointment I finally write this letter. <br> <br> On the 8th August 2014 I bought 3 packets of Fish for my wedding which was to serve 300 people. I had an unfortunate feedback from the chef when he informed me that the fish I bought was off and had to be thrown away. This meant half of my guests could not be served due to fish being bad. <br> <br> The second incident just occurred recently. On Sunday I did my groceries and bought packets of spiced pork. I cooked one packed yesterday and to find it i too was rotten. I had to throw the whole thing away. <br> <br> This is the main reason why I'm now writing to u now. <br> 1) bad fish can equate to serious food poisoning, which is dangerous.<br> 2) selling pork that is not up to health standards can be a serious health hazard <br> <br> MAKRO is a brand that us trusted to sell good quality products, this is the second time I'm finding rotting meat and I'm really disappointed in this. <br> <br> I didn't inform you about the fish because I only found out about that when I came back from my honeymoon and felt it was too late. But now this is becoming alarming. <br> <br> I have the second pack and I am worried about cooking it due to my findings yesterday.
