To whom it may concern. This is my first and last email to you. If you not going to do anything about this in taking this up with the professionals. This is alarming and it's the second time around this happens then I am the vessel for people especially the elders .

Makro Woodmead Disappointed. I took my mother to buy groceries on Wednesday together we spent 7000+ on groceries. It's the festive season only to find out the ace we bought has worms . I took my grandmas bucket which had atleast 5kg of clean ace in it prior to us pouring the spoilt ace from Makro on top. As Africans our main essential we store it in a pantry poured in our buckets. Your ace . Flour. Sugar samp etc. only to discover it had worms . Okay I went back Thursday they replaced it. My grandparents was worried Abt thier original maize meal with grandparents you will never see the end of it. Fast forward spoke to a manager explained what the issue is I was not happy with his lacked emotional intelligence and empathy like his doing me a favor.Whn you are a manager you deal with people especially in my scenario this is an elderly person saving her grant money for December groceries. Right now her grandkids are visiting. We need to cook Pap everyday I stay in Northcliff my petrol she stays in Soweto. Convinced her to support the Makro in Woodmead this time. What a waste of my journey.The service was bad but eventually got assistant from this beautiful matured lady. The manager gave me a 75 discount voucher.You want me to buy for 600, to redeem a 75 voucher Haikhona spend again and the previous day we spent close to 8k . He even said to me he will assist me in a professional capacity no emotions . What Abt the Popi act here. I'm only writing this because now I don't want to go back to that store again and get my emotions up again And hight blood stress levels. The 2nd Ace given was worse. My children had already ate from it and it was spoiled Had to suggest going to the Doctor as they had diarrhea. Attached are the pictures of the second replaced bag received from Makro Woodmead What is this guys are you trying to kill my family.my money petrol traveling to the store the distance. The doctors visits ,/meds are you thinking about the elderly and kids health is at risk.

Please advise on a way forward and yes I have a good mind of making this public or posting it on social media. What if something bad happened to my family. Where are your Health and security officerd
