Heads up for online orders

I just wish to bring it to people's attention that once you do an online order at Makro, please ensure that you enquire from the store dispatching your order which courier they're using for deliveries. Once you have those details, please track your order on the courier's website. We've recently placed an online order with Makro and received notification the next day that our order has been handed to the courier. More than 24 hours later and no sight of or word about our order. We phoned the Makro online services to find out which courier they were using, to which they indicated it was WUMDrop. We contacted WUMDrop Head Office to enquire about our order, only to be told that they don't have our order and that their driver, upon arrival at the Makro store were told that the order was given to another courier. Upon contacting the Makro store who dispatched our order, it became apparent that they don't have any record of the actual courier whom was tasked with delivery of our order; instead it was noted that it was given to WUMDrop, which was clearly not accurate. Despite all this inconvenience and stress, we've been accommodated in ensuring that we receive our order the next morning, for which we're very grateful for.
