2. Click on your name next to the search bar.
3. Select "My Orders", then "My Past Orders" on the top right of your screen.
4. Click on the order number for the item you wish to return.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
If you are using a cellphone:
1. Log into your Makro Shopping App.
2. On the top left, select the three-bar icon and choose "My Orders".
3. On the top right, select "Past Orders".
4. Click on the relevant order number.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
Important:
* Please double-check the quantity you wish to return before submitting.
* Returns logged after 14 days from the delivery date will not be refunded.
