Haven't received my order

I don't know how many times i give Makro a chance and they keep disappointing me. Each month i place an order with this store, they never cease to fail me i placed an order on the 28th Nov deliver was scheduled for Saturday which i was not at work i requested a delivery on Monday 01/12/25. Today is Thursday 04/12/25 i have not received any communication regarding my delivery when i track on the app it has been saying out for delivery and delivery by Monday the 1st still nothing tried calling the Germiston store yesterday I spoke to Bongelo or was it Bonginkosi somewhere there I'm not sure about the name she advised she is going to check for the parcels at the warehouse she will call me back haven't received any call today what kind of service is this. When we order it's not just for fun it's because we need the grocery
