Half my order arrived

I placed an order with Makro on 24 November. A month later half my order arrived. On the system it shows that the entire order was delivered but I am still waiting for the purchases from the Makro Liquor Store. Makro please investigate as this late and faulty delivery is ridiculous. Order: MAK720285
