Hair in a pie

I am a monthly shopper at Makro Germiston, on the 15th I bought 6 boxes of pies(4 in each box). My daughter found HAIR IN THE PIE. I contacted the number on the box but was put on hold and the phone was dropped. I phoned again and explaining to a man called Leonard, he told that there is nothing like I was holding for so long, he made me feel like I was a **** and asked to speak to his superior who told me to bring the pie to the shop and they will take it to the supplier . he seems not to care about helping. I told him its their house brand. I still have 3 boxes don't know what do to and its a distance from Daveyton to Makro.
