Guarantee expired way before delivery

I purchased an item online. Delivery happened a few weeks later. On the day of the delivery, I noticed that the warrantee has expired. O the item it clearly says Guarantee expires: 2023/11. Emailed Makro the same day (11 Mar) I received delivery. No response. I emailed again. No response. I went online and did the same from where I purchased the item. No response. This is not acceptable that Makro sells products after the warrantee expires and also that they do not respond to my problem! Be warned of this *****ery and devious sale with no accountability! Shame on you Makro.
