Grocery missing

So disappointed and angry with makro...on the 12 august i ordered groceries online and i received confirmation email that i will receive my order on the 13 august 2025.I received half of my order on the 14/08/2025 and the delivery guy said i will get the rest of my items the following day.13 items are missing.i contacted makro using whats app and they assigned a lady by the name of Ntombi to help she said they investigating and the turn around time is 24-48 hours.im still waiting no communication nothing..now when i try to get help again using whats app they just blue tick me.. really im so disappointed cause i was supposed to be somewhere with that grocery on the 15th and now i don't know what to do their service is so poor and never ever order with them online guys.
