Great serviced received from Boneka Nkewana at Makro Ottery

I normally hate shopping at Makro Ottery. I usually rush in and out of the store which is is in serious need of a revamp. Today I rushed in a half hour before closing and hurried in to find my purchases. I got to the check out, walking slightly behind my husband and we were both fabulously greeted by a friendly and smiling Till Operator no 26, Boneka Nkewana. I expected the normal ice cold reception from the operator, at closing time but her warmth and friendliness totally bowled me over. She made me realise that great service is normally overlooked and I promised her I would sent through a compliment. She managed to single handedly turn my experience around. Well done Boneka, you can teach management and your colleagues a hell of a lot.
