Great service under pressure

<p>While shopping for a lawnmower we were served by Peter in the Garden Section. He was packing shelves and also assisted us when we chose the lawnmower. Unfortunately it required a forklift to get it down. He advised to come back in 20 minutes which we did. He was helping a lady when we got back and had to request the forklift again. She started a rant about not being helped even though we were first. Peter continued to stay professional and courteous the whole time. What a valuable member of staff</p>
