Great Service still does exist!! ?
After countless interactions with Makro consultants either in ending of dropping calls or no answers to assist me or even saying they will callback with feedback and never do.
I finally spoke to a lady named Karabo Thoote from Makro Bloemfontein.
She assisted me very well. Upon saying she will get back to me I then proceeded in letting her know you will be another consultant who tells me that and not call.
To my suprise! She called back and with concrete feedback ?
She advised my parcel does exist and there was a mix up and my parcel is located at a different province.
MAKRO you honestly need more employees like this lady!!
Very Impressed. Keep up the great work and thank you for making me believe in Makro again.
