Great service - Makro Strubens Valley mobile phone dept.

I went to Strubensvalley Makro on Saturday 29 May to buy a new mobile phone and expected a stressful experience because changing a device that you're using daily generally can be stressful. I went in and Kyle was the person who met me, found out my general thoughts and needs from the phone and made useful suggestions based on exactly what I had told him. Often sales assistants don't actually listen to you and tell you a bunch of things that are not at all what you're interested in, but Kyle helped with exactly the features I was interested in. I narrowed down my choices and then Tebogo also stepped in to assist and he too offered valuable and relevant information which further assisted. Sadly my first choice was not available but Tebogo helped with that and really went above and beyond to help me with my choice. The on-duty manager of the department also helped in this regard and overall this was a far more pleasant experience than I had thought it would be. I want to thank all 3 of these team members for their help, their expert advice and professional handling of my shopping experience. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it.
