Great service Makro

I purchased an item almost 9 months agp and discovered through use that it was faulty (not charging properly or at all) Yesterday I took it back thinking Makro would probably only send it back to the distributor far away from me. I explained the issues at Returns and was quickly issued with a credit note to get a new one. It was absolutely no problem. Very impressed and more importantly pleased with Makro Alberton.
