Great service in Makro by LG representation- Makro Meadowdale

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Buti Msiya (LG Representative), for the excellent service he provided me today. Buti assisted me with the specs and guarantee information relating to the 13 kg washing machine I bought. No makro employees (Yellow uniform) were there assist however he took it upon himself to assist even when it was not his job. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Bhuti's ability to assist when he saw no makro employee there exceeded my expectation.
