Great service from Tshepo Mdluli

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tshepo Mdluli from Makro Woodmead. He was absolutely helpful. I had called enquiring regarding stock of sports equipment and he said he will take my details and call me back.

To my surprise, he did exactly that. He called me multiple times in the day to give me feedback, for instance that a truck as arrived and 1 of the items are there, then called me later to advise the other item also arrived but he is waiting to have it with him before he confirms with me, which he did.

It was a small sale of a dumbell set and some additional weights +/- R1 000 but he treated me the same way that I feel he would treat someone who purchased something worth at least 10 times that. He is truly amazing to deal with.

He is definitely an asset to the company!
