Great Service at Online Collections

I had an issue with an order I placed online. Only part of my order was delivered while the other items were supposed to be delivered separately. This went very wrong with the 2nd part of the order. After 2 weeks of waiting, phoninig and emailing to no avail, out of sheer frustration, I decided to go to Makro Riversands in person to sort out the mess that had happened.

I was assisted by Mmatsatsi and Ofentse. These guys were amazing. Ofentse promptly attended to fixing the problem without wasting any more of my time. I walked out with my order within a short period of time. I was very pleased with the work of Mmatsatsi and Ofentse!!
