Great service at Makro strubensvalley

For the past 2 weeks I had a problem with my hisense hobbs or glass stove, I then phoned Makro strubensvalley I spoke the lady from customer service by the name of kilebogile she was very friendly and knows her job very well. She booked it for me within 2 minutes she was done. The technician guys came to my house they promised to comeback when they receive the display unit for my hobb or glass stove of which they never do, it is then when I started to receive SMS and email stating that my request is completed, which I sent the SMS to the technician which they said I must ignore the SMS of which I did for a day or two, after that I decided to phone hisense to find out about that, they told me to take the stove to where I bought it for exchange but they never bother to foned me. I then quickly fone makro again kilebogile AGAIN assisted me without any hussle and she even promised to fone me after 48 hours and she did exactly that, until I go to the store for another stove and Nokuthula was there to assist and up to the cashier whom I forgot the name. I really enjoyed the way the handle my problem ND keep it up. Nowadays we don't get services like that. ***
