Great Service @ Makro Ottery

I purchased a printer from Makro last year April (2019) and subsequently lost my invoice, which I require for Tax purposes. I went into the store (Makro Ottery), where the printer was bought from, and explained to the staff there, my dilemma. I also did not recall which card I had used to make the purchase. The friendly and helpful staff, checked on both cards, did a scan for the past year's invoices linked to both cards, and printed out the missing invoice I required. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Makro and the extremely competent staff for the courteous and efficient way in handling my query. WELL DONE!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK MAKRO !!!
