Great Service at MAKRO Germiston

I went to buy an advertised Gym set on Sunday 10th August, only to find that the store was out of stock, and this was the last day of the special. A gentleman by the name of Innocent, assisted me, took my details and phoned me the very next day to say the stock had arrived. He even arranged that I paid the special price, and not the off promotion pricing.

Now if all MAKRO staff are as efficient, professional, helpful and friendly as Innocent is, their business would certainly thrive.
