Great service

I’d like to command Kutlwano / Kay ( I think he’s the manager a the liquor department) from makro Strubbensvally. The assistance he gave me was beyond impressive, he went out of his way to assist me in exchanging my sparkling wines, he didn’t have to do the process he did but he went out of his way to do so.... and I’d like to thank him, it’s evident how he got the position he’s in. Knowing how retail people are 1 would have told me they can’t assist without a slip.
