Great service!!!

SO impressed with the service received from Keith Kula at Makro Alberton. My mom's fridge was giving trouble two months after she purchased it and, after many phone calls, a visit from the technician who advised us to defrost the fridge (which didn't help), I was told that KIC had agreed to swap the fridge but that I would have to take it into the store myself - with my Hyundai Atos! I called again, was told that my complaint would be escalated and was given a reference number but heard nothing after a few days. Today I called and was transferred to the Appliance Manager and I must say that I am totally impressed with his professional, helpful attitude. I am awaiting his call to advise the availability of the fridge which will be delivered to us and the faulty fridge collected. Thank you so much Keith.
