In the present age of poor service across almost all industries, I feel obliged to report just the opposite.I raised a complaint via the online medium with Makro, and to my pleasant surprise, I received a positive response from Vernon just a few hours later.My issue was resolved to my entire satisfaction.Truly great service from Vernon and Makro.
