Great Service

I bought a TV and had problems with it being able to detect the External hard drive, the personnel were so helpful and patient showing me what to do. Us oldies being technology challenged, it was so refreshing having someone prepared to guide me through the processes and answering my "stupid" questions without attitude. I really appreciated that.
