Great Online Service

I ordered and paid online for a fairly expensive Bosch Drill Press yesterday, expecting the usual run around and disappointment. But to my great surprise I received excellent email feedback and tracking information and the unit arrived intact this morning at my doorstep! <br> <br> WELL DONE MAKRO!!!!<br> <br> If I have one small issue it is that the unit was not sealed in any way so if it encountered an ************ person someone in the value chain, something could have gone missing from the box. I would like to suggest shrink-wrap (like at airports).
