Great online experience

I tried Makro online in November last year and was pleasantly surprised on the great online discounted deals. I ordered two weeks ago and mistakenly selected the wrong store location. I phoned in, although you can do it online with a chat as well, with no hassle the order was cancelled, and my money refunded a couple of days later. What a great experience.
