Thank you to Junior Sempe who assisted me when I brought my 9-month old vacuum cleaner to be checked. Junior was brilliant. He showed me how to clean the filter and pointed me in the right direction regarding purchasing of parts. I was envisaging having to buy a new vacuum cleaner - and it was a simple cleaning problem!<br> What a gentleman - we should all work with the amount of passion Junior displayed.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Marlene Gracie
