Great Experience with an Online Purchase & Delivery

I recently ordered a Defy new washing from the Makro website.

The order process was super easy and smooth and took me less than 5 minutes from adding the product to my cart to getting my confirmation email.

I received a friendly call two days later notifying me that the delivery will take place sometime in the morning. The consultant also asked me to confirm the address and eventually put me through to the driver to explain the address directly to him.

The driver phoned me ahead of time and I met them at my house at the arranged time . The delivery crew was super friendly, helpful and respectful of my time.
