I bought a new tv from Makro springfield. The tv had no sound and we were quiet frustrated. After calling makro i tried to get assistance but was cut of due to bad connection. Adil Singh from skyworth tv called me back and really went out of his way to help us set up our new tv within minutes. Hes a true assest to your company, goin on beyond the call of duty. There are very few people that you find like this in the stores. We really appreciate it.
