Great Customer Service
Great service from Paul Kissoon at the TV department in Makro Cornubia Durban. Paul helped me promptly to exchange a faulty TV set and replace it with a working one. I also found him to be very polite and sincere in wanting me to be happy with my big purchase. I hope Makro takes care of staff that practice excellent customer service. Thank you Paul
