Great Customer Service

I would like to commend Satish and Brandon for the excellent customer service that we received today at Makro Springfield.

I went into the store to buy 3 Christmas hampers for my guards and cleaner at my flat. We went to about 3 Checkers and 1 Pick n Pay only to find out that they were sold out on the Christmas Hampers. I went to Makro and we spoke to Satish, we wanted to spend around R250 per hamper and realized that Makro was also sold out on the Hampers at this price. Satish advised that we get a trolley and he will assist us in making up Hampers, he walked us through Makro and picked all the necessary items and also through in a box of Topper biscuits from his side.

My guards and cleaner was so excited and really appreciated it.
