Great Customer Service

I just received the most amazing service from Ayanda at Makro Customer Care ( ***). Given how busy the Customer Care division is now due to Covid-19, she first apologised that I had to wait for so long to get through. I wanted to cancel the purchase of an online exclusive order but she then offered to check for me first given that the item was flagged as an essential item. She then contacted the supplier to make sure that I will indeed receive my order soon. I really appreciate such efforts and being put at ease. Thank you Ayanda.
