Great customer service
I had a complaint regarding an item I had bought from the Makro Butchery at Montague Gardens, Cape Town.<br> I, with the help of my girlfriend, contacted Makro regarding the item and got a prompt response. We were then contacted by the Butchery manager Charl who explained to me how the incident had occurred, apologized and went out of his way to ensure I was reimbursed and also gave me a gift from the butchery to apologize for the incident.<br> <br> Charl succesfully re-assured me that this was an isolated incident and I will continue to be a loyal Makro customer.<br> <br> Thanks Charl!
