I would like this opportunity and express my great appreciation to your staff Ndumiso Sibeko. On Saturday, I was shopping at Makro Woodmead and unfortunately, I lost credit voucher. I went to your returns department, and Ndumiso dropped everything he was doing and assisted me. He displayed a great attitude and willingness to help. He followed the Makro process and consulted with his superior until my issue was resolved.
