Great attitude and service

A while back I purchased a telephone at Makro. I experienced a few intermittent issues and was not too sure if it was due to the handset or Telkom but Graham was extremely helpful in terms of assisting me to resolve the issue. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much for the help Graham and for going the extra mile.
