Great attitude

I recently bought a microwave oven from Makro Milnerton branch for my mother and it worked all of two days before it started making strange buzzing noises.

I returned it to Makro expecting have to fight to get any joy but to my surprise the claims/returns department were very pleasant and offered me cash back or a replacement. I took a replacement.

I would like to commend Makro Milneton on the fast and efficient manner in which they dealt with the issue.
