Great attitude

I went to Makro on the 4/10/2017 to get assistance with my son's bicycle which we bought on the 29/09/2017 and it was giving us problems.When we get there we we told that the person who supporse to assist us has knock of already at 5pm but the shop closes at 5:30.the lady gave use a gift slip of which we had to go inside and take a new one.Every one inside was telling us about the knocking off time and we have to come back on the following day because the staff on the sport department has knock off except for only one guy who assisted us with his good attitude.It was already past 5to 6 but ANTONY if i remember his name correctly he had to go back and check for the bicycle on his knock off time but he didn't even mension that the shop is closed and it is knock off time.THANK YOU TO THAT GUY HOPE HE RECEIVE A REWARD.ANTONY who was assisting on sports department around 17:30 to 18:00 on the 4/10/2017.we need people like him on customer services.
