Great assistance

This is just to thank the following people for great service, attitude and caring for their client. On 21/02 I went to Makro to purpose luggage that was on promotion. They could not get hold of the colour that I required and ask if I can come back the following Saturday as they will extend the promotion for me . (We already found out that the stock was available but nowhere to be found after they have lifted a couple of pallets from the storing racks...)Rosanne Mhlongo (manager) advised me that they could not find what I was looking for (person responsible for the luggage storage was off for the day), apologized and asked if I can come in the following Saturday and speak to Phila Lerato (manager) as she will convey the message to him. (She was off that specific weekend.) As I walked in the store the following weekend I got hold of Phila, and once he finished off with a client he was immediately available and assisted me with a smile. He advised me that Rosanne did made him aware and we approached the luggage assistant Charles Maringa where Charles gave me great service with a great and caring attitude. Thank you all as this was great service received.
