Got an incomplete item and still waiting for a pick up

I am not happy with makro service l ordered a fan waited for a 2weeks to get it delivered only to get a fan that’s incomplete and am still waiting for them to come and pick it up by the looks I will get a replacement in winter ,service is the worst
