Gordon bleu pots

Passionate about service???? I dont think so!!! On black friday i was at the makro bloemfontein branch to buy the advertised product!! Of gordon bleu 6 piece cast iron cookware set with its amazing adverti*****t of the following “ consists of 16cm and 18 cm saucepans, 20cm and 24 cm pots with glass lids, 20cm and 24 cm frying pans” when i went to buy this it was only 3 pots and not as advertised! I asked the lady in charge of the ile what is going on and she could not answer me, she then called the manager of the department called elton who just read the description and sent her to go and talk with a lady upstairs after half an hour of standing there waiting i was told that “unfortunately we are not going to help you this is how the product is!!!” I then went and found elton and told him that i was not happy with this he and one of his colleagues then took my number and promised to call me back! Until today they have not contacted me once and i have had to contact him over 5 times just to still not get an answer!!!! Today i phones makro head office and after a lengthy conversation a long wait on the line for sarah to talk to the buyer and and i was once again told that this is how the product is and thats that!!!! Unfortunately in my eyes if you advertise something that is what you offer and the service i got is extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Makro you get a -1/10.
