Goods out of stock...and wait long for refund

I bought a treadmill from Makro online. The website stated clearly that there were treadmills in stock. Just after my payment has been made, without notification, my order was cancelled. When I call them, they said there were no stock. .According to them, a refund has been made to my account but it is already 4 days now and no money back. I called them today just to learn that the funds will only be back in my account after 7-10 working days... How PATHETIC in 5he first place that they allow me to order and pay before notifying that there are no stock...and then, when come to refund, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive my money back....and in the meantime I had to wait before I could order a new treadmill somewhere else and possibly also had to wait another week for delivery.

I am really EXTREMELY upset..will never order from Makro again!!
