Goods ordered online not delivered
I ordered online over a week ago. Makro's promise is to deliver between 2 to 5 working days. Day 6 comes and I have not received the goods ordered and paid for! I call the helpline and they are not even aware that the order has not gone out. Poor service and I still do not have an answer as to when it will be delivered.

05 Oct 2018, 12:06This is clearly one of your standard responses. No input gone into looking into the merits of this complaint. I called to ask when it is going to be delivered. I was told by this Friday. I call today (Friday) and I am told it is Tuesday. I have paid for this since September 24! I have an internet contract running with no modem now. This is utterly unacceptable. I call the online manager, Cohan Adrians and he cannot give me an answer!
